Temporary staffing – our core business The use of temporary staffing improves your personnel management by offering competences with flexibility. Our temporary staff work for you and to your instructions, but are appointed by us with a permanent contract of employment – bridging your personnel bottlenecks for the long-term or short-term. As a result of the comprehensive personnel competence of our Job Management service, we are able to offer you individual advice and customized sectoral solutions. This allows you the opportunity to get to know new employees first, and to appoint them later with no risk to yourself. The benefits for you: - Posts filled rapidly, without a personnel search - Security, as a result of the extended probationary period - No risk through own appointments - No obligation to take on the employee Rent your staff Temporary employees whose contract of employment has reached the 2-year threshold can be taken on by Trenkwalder and loaned to you (applicable only in Germany). Payroll service Employees selected by you are appointed by us, but continue to work for you. Trenkwalder concludes a contract for services with employees selected by you, and then handles payroll services and payments.
