Regional proximity to our clients The consistent expansion of our branch network is the basis for the smooth functioning of our services, and for our driven growth. We recruit employees from the region, to be deployed in that region. Trained employees As part of the Trenkwalder Akademie arrangements, every employee – from office assistant to management executive – undergoes certified training leading to a diploma qualification and tailored to that individual and to the requirements of their areas of responsibility. This means that we are the first temporary staffing business in central Europe to have defined and implemented a comprehensive training standard for our profession. Trenkwalder Job Management Trenkwalder was the first company in its sector to develop and implement a special service for its temporary staffing employees, tailored to the requirements of this new form of working. Trenkwalder Job Management has set the standard for temporary staffing through its special approach to supporting, coaching and assisting temporary staffing employees. The result is temporary staff with above-average levels of motivation who go about their work in the self-knowledge that they are specialists for flexible work assignments. International process and technology standard/Integrated quality management Trenkwalder ranks amongst the ten highest-performing personnel service providers in Europe (based on working hours in client businesses p.a.). Common process standards applied internationally in the key areas of personnel recruitment and personnel administration, and a web-based international software standard which maps all business processes in our service chain, are the factors responsible for this.
